What truly made the experience even better than great is the level of communication which was above and beyond and walking me through the process in a way that was easy to understand. All questions were quickly answered and follow up phone calls when needed were scheduled. The team made sure that this process was smooth but also assure I could get the loan I needed to close on my property. I had an EXCELLENT experience with my Mortgage Broker and his support office staff. From receiving my pre-approval to closing they were hands on each step of the way. I'm an experienced real estate investor and have done many purchases and closing but THIS purchase and the closing process far exceeded all my expectations. I arrived at my closing at 1pm and done by 1:07pm. Everything was prepared and signed in advance and ready for me. AMAZING 7 minutes at closing. Woooww.
